👨‍🍳 Your tasks

  • À la carte restaurant, winter season
  • Cold dishes and starters, salads, cold platters
  • Simple desserts (crème brûlée, decorating ready-made cakes)
  • Hygiene and HACCP, proper storage of goods
  • Working together with the whole kitchen team

👤 Your profile

  • Experience as a gardemanger (cold kitchen)
  • Experience with Austrian cuisine
  • German at least at A2 level
  • Driving licence and own car are an advantage, not a requirement

⏰ Working hours

  • 48 hours per week
  • 5 days a week

💶 Salary

  • 2 000 – 2 300 € net per month, depending on qualifications
