  • À la carte restaurant near Ellmau in Tyrol
  • Looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for the winter season starting 2. 12. 2026

👨‍🍳 Your Tasks

  • Running and organising your station independently
  • Preparing and nicely presenting high-quality dishes
  • Hygiene and HACCP, correct storage of goods
  • Daily preparation (mise en place), working together with the whole kitchen

👤 Your Profile

  • Qualified cook
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Experience with Austrian cuisine
  • German at least A2
  • Driving licence and own car an advantage, not a requirement

💶 Salary and Hours

  • 2 300 – 2 500 € net per month, depending on qualifications
  • 48 hours per week, 5 days a week
